Free training for local businesses
Thanks to an award from the European Social Fund the Guildford College Group is offering free training to businesses located along the M3 corridor.
The developmental opportunities in leadership and management, business administration and customer service - among other areas - are also designed to support people who are at risk of redundancy or struggling to find employment, by enabling them to gain new skills.
Courses are also available in Prince 2 (Foundation) Project Management, Health & Safety, First Aid, ESOL, and IT.
Flexible training is available and participants can select nationally recognised qualifications or a tailored bespoke programme directly relevant to their workplace. Previous programme participants have benefited from increased employee confidence, motivation and productivity and improved employee loyalty and retention.
