Northwood brings Grade A offices to market in Woking

Northwood Regional UK has announced it is refurbishing a 35,000 sq ft office building – Genesis One – at Genesis Business Park in Woking. The £2 million refurbishment will provide Grade A office accommodation over two floors and the quoting rent is £25 per sq ft.

Nick Turner of Northwood UK comments, “Over the last few years we have consistently invested and improved the Park, attracting occupiers such as McCarthy & Stone, Fukuda, Oracle and Alfa Fry Ltd. With limited quality stock available in Woking, we are already attracting strong interest. Previous space on the Park could have been let several times over, due in part to significant investment in the wider Sheerwater Development, with much improved transport links and retail facilities.”

Alex Lowdell from DTRE adds, “given the low levels of quality supply in the locality and the large, flexible floor plates on offer, we have already experienced strong interest in the space, which is due to complete in September of this year…”

Centrally located in the heart of Woking's principal business location, Genesis Business Park offers a choice of accommodation, within an established landscaped mixed-use business environment. The Park is made up of two-storey office buildings and high-tech business units.

Genesis Business Park forms part of the Sheerwater Development, which has benefited in recent years from new road improvements and a new Asda superstore. The Park allows easy access to Woking town centre and the M25/M3.

Agents for Genesis One are Hollis Hockley, Hurst Warne & DTRE.
