Conventional Office Rental
A conventional rental property is where all charges are separated out. The landlord is paid rent and a service charge (usually maintenance of common areas / lifts etc), and a contribution towards buildings insurance. Business rates go to the council. You would then arrange for your own contract with utilities companies telephones, and internet connections. Here you are going to be signing a lease, which is a legal document and you are advised to seek legal advice with this.
Woking Borough Council
Woking Borough Council owns a number of office, retail and industrial units across the borough. When properties are available to rent they are listed on the council's website. You can register on a waiting list to be updated as properties become available.
