How resilient is your business?

Businesses have changed the way they operate during the COVID-19 crisis. Some changes were forced on them; others represent the height of innovation in a crisis.

Re-set, Re-learn, do things differently....

Businesses have changed the way they operate during the COVID-19 crisis. Some changes were forced on them; others represent the height of innovation in a crisis. There’s been a reset of the workforce and work itself, a reset of the employer/employee relationship and a reset of the business ecosystem. For most, the business impact of the pandemic has been negative; for some, positive.

This webinar will discuss how to build resilience in your business by looking at strategy, finances and your financing.

  • What is resilience?
  • How should my strategy build in resilience?
  • Cashflow is ever more important now - what about reserves?
  • When will government financing of businesses end and how will the banks help businesses?
