Here at Jasper I support individuals, groups and businesses with an array of wonderful tools to help enhance personal and professional wellbeing.

I provide 1:1 coaching and full programmes for individuals plus a wide range of support for groups and businesses including events, consulting, workshops, seminars and organisational strategy.

We run weekly online and in person meditation classes, seasonal retreats and 1:1 coaching
