Tourvest Retail Services (TRS) is a division of the Tourvest Group of companies. TRS is a retailer operating in the travel retail sector, established in 1999. The UK business was established in 2004. The business' core focus is on providing retail food & beverage as well as duty free retail products, services and technologies to its B2B and B2C customers, through multiple channels. These including on-board, in store, or home delivery, as well as an integrated omni-channel e:commerce customer experience.
This is achieved through our integrated end-to-end software systems that control a complex 24/7/365 warehousing and logistics operation to supply product on time and in full to over 600 flights per day, departing from multiple locations throughout the world.
The business also owns and operates airport retail stores as well as a distribution business, both of which include the core retail categories of fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, alcohol, tobacco, jewellery, confectionary, watches, toys, accessories, well-being and local destination products.
