1. Tenancy search

We find right tenants for your property using our exhaustive marketing channels as well as screen tenants before they can get through the door. This approach not only maximises the chances of finding perfect tenants and to develop a good relationship, but also reduces turnover and costly disputes.

• Marketing and advertising your property on Zoopla, Right Move and other good agencies;
• Screen tenants before viewing the property;
• Unlimited property viewings;
• Manage tenant checks and referencing;
• Tenant introduction;
• Fee 5% (inc. VAT) of rental income.

​We may also collect and protect tenancy deposits if you would like us to.

2. Rent collection

Our rent collection service means that we do the work chasing tenants on your behalf so that you can get on with your life. Our services include:  

• Collection of the deposit and rent;
• Incentives for tenants to pay on time;
• Pursue late or non-payment rent and rent arrears;
• Resolve disputes;
• Fee 4% (inc VAT) of rental income.

 We also offer rent guarantee for an additional cost.

3. Full management

We understand that your property investment should be just that – an investment. Which is why we charge an extremely competitive rate compared to what you would find on the high street. Take the hassle out of managing your property with our fully comprehensive management service.
