The aim is to take the pressure off you, the business owner or manager, enabling you to get on with your usual work, knowing that your relocation project is being progressed safely. But you will not lose control and will be consulted on all major decisions and expenditure.
Starting with a one-to-one meeting, without any pressure to commit I shall be pleased to discuss the full scope of the project help available and give advice on planning and budgetting every aspect of a relocation (acquisition, lease negotiation, fitting out new premises etc) and also about managing changes in ways of working and communicating with employees and stakeholders about the plans).
