Yoga and pilates by Shen was created to offer yoga and pilates classes as a weekly health and fitness regime to the local community at an affordable price.  Email [email protected] for timetable and prices.   The classes are mixed ability for men and women of all ages and instructions are given so no one if left behind.  Shen believes her classes should not only be effective but fun and enjoyable so that you look forward to coming back every week.  Her classes are popular and there is a friendly atmosphere where people can feel comfortable and at ease with the poses.  

Yoga and pilates together provide the perfect weekly practice when done properly and everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace.  The feeling of wellbeing you get from yoga is immense.  Yoga is addictive and good for you!  Unlike the gym there is little vertical stress on the joints.  Instead we concentrate on loosening and realigning the tight muscles around the joints so that they can work efficiently.

It is well worth booking a class to see how you go and asking for a block booking session at reduced rates.  You can use up the sessions as and when you are able to attend.  There is no booking, just turn up and no cancellation fees.
