However, Air Social’s friendly social media specialists are on hand to help you make your first steps, or delve even deeper if you’ve already started on your journey.

Sign up for a 30 minute 1-2-1 Social Media Surgery to help you get to grips with the powerful business tools available to you. Sessions will take place online and must be booked in advance. Sign up is free for all Woking Works Businesses registered in the Woking Works Business directory.

Any information that is stored or saved within Zoom is the responsibility of the meeting host and this will be handled in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your data will be used during the use of the Video Conferencing facility. The meeting organiser should monitor to ensure only invited attendees join the meeting and use the password facility where available to prohibit access by others.

Users are generally requested not to record meetings, however it may be necessary to record meetings on limited occasions. If there is a need to record a meeting, this is to be alerted to participants via both audio and video when joining the meeting and participants have the option to leave the meeting.

Zoom does not monitor meetings or store them after the meeting ends, unless they are requested to record and store them by the meeting host. Woking Borough Council will not disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing or sales purposes or for any commercial use, and we will not use your personal data in a way which may cause you harm.
