Where business matters

Date: Thursday 16 May
Time: 9am to 12 noon
Location: The Lightbox, Chobham Road, Woking, GU21 4AA

Woking Works and Nuffield Health are delighted to be bringing this stimulating event to The Lightbox.

Working with Surrey Chambers of Commerce and other partners, the morning will cover a number of topics, including:

  • art and creative activity, and its impact on wellbeing and mental health
  • an overview of mental health at work, how it can affect employees and what you can and should do to support your colleagues
  • how looking after your physical health and nutrition can help with stress

In addition to the speakers, who are experts in their field, there will also be a number of ‘passion points’ manned by The Lightbox, Nuffield Health, Demolish The Wall and others, where attendees can engage directly with the speakers to find out more about how to make their workforce healthier, as well as sign up for dedicated ‘lunch & learn’ sessions with Nuffield.

Of course, there will be the usual networking available before during and after the event.

Refreshments available from 9am.
