Sunday Times winner speaks exclusively to latest edition of Business radio show

The Chief Executive of The Sunday Times Best mid-sized Company to work for, William Rogers has spoken exclusively to `Biz' about the values-based strategy which has brought success to the radio group. As well as giving advice to businesses considering their own plans for 2013 Rogers, who also scooped `Best Leader' at the 2012 awards, explains how staff-engagement has been critical to the Group`s commercial success.

The second episode of `Biz' is produced by Guildford-based station Eagle radio, which is also part of the UKRD group. With a regular audience-reach of over two-hundred thousand and more than one-million annual website visits, Eagle radio`s Managing Director, Paul Marcus hopes that the new business show will provide benefit to Companies across Surrey and Hampshire. "The concept for `Biz' is to promote and share good advice & best-practice. We also want to celebrate local success-stories and good economic news from across our broadcast-area."
