There are 160,000 wage incentives available for employers between April 2012 and April 2015. As part of the Youth Contract, you could get up to £2,275 if you recruit an 18 to 24 year old through Jobcentre Plus (in England, Scotland and Wales) or through the Work Programme.

If you take on an apprentice, you can get funding to train them.

If you run a small-medium sized business, you might also be able to get an Apprenticeship Grant.
