Moore Barlow lawyer ranked in global Future Female Leaders list

Top 100 UK law firm Moore Barlow is proud to announce that Senior Associate, Amandeep Khasriya, has been named as a Future Leader in HERoes Women Role Model List 2020.

The HERoes 100 Women Future Female Leader’s list, released by diversity and inclusion network INvolve, celebrates 100 inspirational and high performing women who are not yet senior leaders in an organisation but are making a significant contribution to gender diversity at work and inspiring the next generation of talent.

Amandeep is a Senior Associate in the major trauma team at Moore Barlow, acting for individuals and their families who have suffered serious and life-changing injuries or death and co-founder of the firm’s Women in Leadership Group and Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

As well as being the Founder of Women Back to Law, Amandeep is a committee member at the Law Society Women Lawyers Division and has worked on many projects promoting gender diversity. These included speaking at their menopause support resource launch event, helping with research into the impact of Covid-19 on women and ethnic groups, and presenting to Open University students on gender diversity in the profession.

Amandeep also volunteers at Hillingdon Women Centre, providing workshops on CV and interviews and helping women gain financial freedom following domestic violence, and has been invited to take part in the Oxford Faculty of Law inspiring woman lawyer project which aims to create an oral history of inspiring women lawyers.

Helen Goatley, Partner & Chairman at Moore Barlow comments:

“I am utterly in awe of how much Amandeep achieves in her passionate pursuit of diversity within the legal profession in the UK.  She truly goes the extra mile to drive change and thoroughly deserves this recognition.  We are all very proud of her.”
